About Nayatra
We build AI for the people who govern and serve on the ground.
Nayatra is a company building new-generation AI tools for governance and monitoring — for police, public administration and enterprises with field operations.
Our story
Every product started as a problem someone put to us.
A district that could not see its own incident patterns on one map. A complaint desk where nothing could be tracked once it was filed. An investigation file too large for any one person to read before a deadline.
We did not answer these with a single system. We built a dedicated product for each — alongside the officers and administrators who would use it, tested on real operational work — and then made it ready for any institution with the same problem.
That is still how we work. One problem, one focused product, built with the people who live with the problem.
What we believe
Four things we hold to.
01
The problem is scale, not competence.
The people doing this work know it. What they lack is time to read, see and follow up on everything.
02
AI should be accountable.
Every answer traceable, every action logged, every decision made by a person.
03
Software should fit the work.
Built for a station officer on a phone, not a demo on a projector.
04
India first, built for anywhere.
Hindi and English from day one, designed for Indian institutions, usable by any administration.
